Workforce Operations

Integrated Workforce

iottag connects every worker into a single Operational Intelligence platform comprising multiple outputs for management and field real-time data consumption, creating a live digital view of workforce activity, safety recommendations, compliance alerts and operational performance.

From the moment a worker arrives on site until they leave, every movement, interaction and event contributes to a risk and performance score.

More Than Personnel Tracking

Most workforce tracking systems answer one question.

"Where are my people?" Integrated Workforce answers the key questions.

Are the right people in the right place?
Is work progressing as planned?
Are crews operating safely?
Are contractors complying with site requirements?
Is workforce deployment optimised?
Who requires assistance?
What operational risks are developing?
How is workforce performance changing over time?
